Delia has achieved this through delivering behaviour change programmes to groups and in one to one sessions over the past 5 years, in Bolton and other areas in the UK. Domestic abuse is one of the biggest challenges of our time and Delia is motivated when seeing the positive transformation of clients through the Wilks Forensic Psychology philosophy - change with compassion.

I have thirty-five years experience in Business and international Higher Education holding senior academic management posts at the University of Central Lancashire. I also have significant teaching, research and consultancy experience in the field of Business Management. As part of my management roles I have been involved in managing the student experience, maintaining quality standards, marketing and recruitment of academic staff.

Rebekah has been working with Dr Fiona Wilks-Riley as a Behaviour Change Facilitator for over 5 years, delivering group and one to one sessions. Bringing a wealth of experience from the Education Sector Rebekah taught for over seventeen years and has become increasingly involved in pastoral work and with young people in Pupil Referral Units who have struggled to stay engaged with mainstream education. (NEET). Rebekah finds delivering the Positive Futures programmes and seeing clients behaviour change is always rewarding and demonstrates change with compassion is possible.

Charlotte is a person-centred counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Trauma-Focused Counselling and Children's Counselling. In her role as a practitioner at Wilks Forensic Psychology, Charlotte delivers the trauma-informed programmes provided. She finds great fulfilment in witnessing people evolve into the person they have always aspired to be.
Jane Crompton:
Jane is a person-centered counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Jane has recently completed a Level 5 CPCAB Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients is at the heart of her practice.
In her role as a practitioner, Jane delivers one-to-one sessions to our clients and is highly motivated by seeing positive change.
Jane also has considerable experience in the field of SEND.
Sophie Cummins:
To date, I have a Bachelor of Science with honours (BSc) degree in Psychology and Criminology and a Master of Science (MSc) degree with honours in Forensic Psychology and Mental Health. I currently work as a practitioner at Wilks Forensic Psychology Ltd and enjoy supporting individuals make positive behavioural changes, informed by the latest psychological research and by fostering a trauma-informed, compassionate approach. Prior to this, I have worked in forensic supported living services, providing support and guidance to individuals presenting with serious mental illness in their reintegration and step down into the community from secure care and prison settings. I have also worked in the education sector supporting children and young adults with SEND needs. My professional interests include trauma, aggression, violence and offending behaviour.

Nicola is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Forensic Psychologist, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Division of Forensic Psychology. Nicola has a Bachelor of Science with honours (BSc Hons) degree in Forensic Psychology, a Master of Science (MSc) degree with honours in Forensic Psychology and a doctoral level Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Forensic Psychology (Practitioner Programme). Nicola is currently employed as a Forensic Psychologist in a specialist children’s service, working with children and adolescents. Nicola enjoys incorporating a creative and trauma-informed approach within her work with this client group. Prior to this, Nicola was employed by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). During this time, Nicola gained experience working with young adults and adult males with histories of violence, intimate partner violence, sexual offending and fire-setting behaviour. Nicola is trained in a range of psychological assessment tools and interventions including Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and is training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.
